If you ask me which is the best word in English i will say " Value" . Values are the friends that help us to lead a life as it is. Every nation - Organiization - Humanbeing is lead by Values.People attend different seminars , Trainings read books etc to understnad hoe take decision inlife - How to lead a happy life - How to have work life balance - how to overcome fear etc the list goes like this. But it is important to undewrstand that the major driving factor behind all these is values. It is your values that help you to take decision - lead a happy life - have work life balance etc so the first thing one must do is set up a value for himself. Have you done this !!
Now the question is , is it inbuilt or derived .Is it possible to add values . the answer is it is inbuilt as well as derived . There are values which we inherit from our parents - society - or friends and organizations but there is one more side of it , that is incorporated value by us. The incorporated values are those which we incorporate purposefully. In Ancient times Religions has made a Value building machine which we name as " Prayers" Through Prayers what we are doing is building new values. If you understand the secret behind this , incorporating a value is split of a second.
In short what i intend to say is first create a Value of your own - Then you build a value for the family - these will help to have a healthy perception for you towards society. This is important because in majority of the cases people have value over lap , by the word value overlap what i mean is , due to two contrasting values you have in life , you will not love the decision you made or in simple terms we can say that you will not be in a position to take decision. This will work as a virus in you eating your life's Space of enjoyment - happiness and love.
In simple words - Develop a value of your own at the earliest. Enjoy your life
