Don't try to help a Lion to come out of cage until you are safe.... It will attack you first !!
This happens when you are having an issue with your boss!!... Imagine you and boss had difference of opinion and it is going to the extend that you are not able to convince the boss...
Many people burst out and will not be able to hold the pain .. This will lead to confessing of their things to boss thinking that the boss will listen to them and problem will get solved.............

If Lion is in cage its quite human that you feel sympathy.. but dont risk yourself to protect it!!
