Sadness and Happiness the route cause in changing organizations!

As we know only constant in life is change!!

When Change occurs few cases are there which makes us happy and few makes us sad !. Is it like that ! if you ask me i will say Absolutely "NO". Changes does not make us happy or sad but what makes us happy or sad is our Personal Values !!.

When a change is occuring person have to make different decisions and one of them is affecting his mood. It says am i benefitted or not. It can be yes or no. People say that there is no bad day in life , everyday comes with a learning either positive or negative which will help us in our future life. This important fact although everybody knows but will not consider when it comes to their own case.

How can i make myself adapted to a bad decision of management towards my career positive ?

First of all i should understand whether management is wrong or i am wrong !!

When it comes to management the objective is making profits and maintaining the talents !

For this they work like a Machine which only check's whether a person is fit to play a particular role or not !!

If they consider no !! Then they will not take chance. Majority of the dispute happens here.

Lets see an example.

Imagine the case of a person ( Mr.X) who is expert to drive speed boat but in driving a car he is novice. The destination of the organization is to reach a place which consists of both water and land. But the problem is even the management sees the water part of it now as the sea is so vast. Now what will happen. The management wants the Mr.x to drive the vehicle in the best way and at a maximum speed so the management offers him a lot of career hikes , salary hike and positions. Later what happens is there will be an end to the water . Now if the organization need to go ahead , they need an expert who drives car . Our Mr.X expects him to be given chance to drive the vehicle unfortunately there will be a big "No" from management . " Is this a problem from management part or Mr.X. both are right in their own angle. so what is the road ahead
1. Management can keep Mr.x as the driver
2. Management can keep a new driver and accomodate mr.x
If first is the case the organization will get hit due to competition and if second is the case nobody is in problem actually. Reason being 1. Mr.x will get lot of learning in shortest time instead of trial and error.2. Mr.x can build his own way of thing by seeing how the work is done by experianced 3.Future of Mr.x is safe either with this company or with other as he gets solid experiance.
If you ask me who is wrong here !! i would say Mr.x and who is right that also Mr.x because Organization does not change it is people who change .
That is the reason why you were called when there was problem - again when a new problem comes new individual will come who can solve it better . thats what life is all about.

" Evolution thats what life is all about" so love your life - Live your life .....
